This place looks amazing! If you want a hotel which looks like you'd image and old-school hotel in Kathmandu would look like - this is the place. The backyard with the garden and the pool is surrounded by stunning, almost ancient looking detail. We got the room for around 50$/Night, what seemed to be a massive reduction. And for that price, this is a stunning offer.

The beautiful property!! We have stayed there many times and we always return. Rooms are usually large and well decorated. Beds are comfortable. Staff is genuinely nice and professional. Beautiful gardens and pool. Clean and safe. Breakfast is excellent. We had dinner in the gardens with our trekking team the last night, the waiter was just class, very sensitive!

Paul

Very friendly staff who try to help with all your asks. Hotel is in a quiet road but close enough to walk to the Thamel area. A number of restaurants and shops nearby. Nice garden area to relax in with swimming pool (although a little cold as in the shade all day...). After trekking for 3 weeks it felt like staying in the Burj al Arab!

Christopher

We loved the heritage of the hotel, garden and swimming pool area perfect for relaxing, the room was lovely with crisp white sheets. The only small negative was the shower was small and a little tired and no nice toiletries to use but we had our own so didn’t detract from the stay

Madeleine

The hotel has beautiful architecture and the gardens are lovely, public green space is extremely rare in Kathamdu so it’s great to be able to relax in the gardens. The pool is great for a cool off and the staff welcome you with that iconic friendly Nepali hospitality.
